Tasting Notes
Aroma: An intricate bouquet unfolds with a blend of delicate floral hints and a pronounced mineral quality reminiscent of the rocky Wuyi terroir. Subtle wafts of roasted chestnut and incense lend a refined smokiness that complements the tea’s natural earthiness.
Flavor: The flavor profile is marked by a gentle roasted quality with emerging layers of complexity - floral hints of orchid, deep woody undertones and a lingering, honey-like sweetness. A mild spiciness may develop, reminiscent of aged dark chocolate.
Finish: The finish is long and smooth, leaving a trace of mineral sweetness and a delicate, almost tea-infused smokiness that slowly fades, inviting another cup.

In a normal sized mug (approximately 250ml), steeping time should be between 2 to 3 minutes.
If you brew your tea in a convenience cup, do not throw the leaves away after 1 round. Good tea leaves are good for 3 rounds. You may want to steep the leaves slightly longer with each subsequent round.
