Returns & Exchanges Policy


Our Commitment to Quality
We take great pride in sourcing and preparing fine Chinese teas and teaware. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges when eligible.

Exchange Window
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Exchanged items must be in unused, original condition and properly packaged to qualify for exchange or store credit.

What Can Be Exchanged
> Tea: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept exchanges on opened tea packages. Unopened teas in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return.
> Teaware & Accessories: Items such as teapots, cups, trays, and tools may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

What Cannot Be Exchanged
> Opened or used tea products
> Used teaware or accessories
> Custom, limited-edition, or clearance items (marked final sale)

Exchange Process
> Email us at hello@yixingxuan-teahouse with your order number and reason for return.
> We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address and instructions.
> Once the returned item is received and inspected, you may choose:
—- An exchange for another product of equal value, or
—-A store credit to use on your next purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
> If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.
> For all other exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
