1. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.2. Gift cards are redeemable for products and services offered by Yixing Xuan Pte Ltd at https://www.yixingxuan-teahouse.com and in our store.
3. If the value of the purchased item is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash.
4. Gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted once the gift card has expired.
5. Yixing Xuan Teahouse is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. No replacements will be issued.
6. Yixing Xuan Teahouse reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
